The cache is a small pill bottle under a cairn of rocks.
Imagine walking from Mexico to Canada entering North Park through this dry sage country while through hiking the Continental Divide Trail. On this stretch of road there is no trail, and everyone has to walk this 14 mile stretch of road. The Continental Divide through here is all private property, hence the road walk. If you are out driving and caching, you will be lucky to see a few hikers here in early September. They are generally skinny, dirty, smelly, lonesome and thirsty. Garlic Man was very lucky to meet some trail angels in this area. They fed him and gave him water. I hope some through hikers will get to sign this log.
This is my 100th hide, and I dedicate it to my special man of 24 years, Garlic Man!!!!
