This is Part 4 of 5 of the Bonus Mystery cache “Arrasquaugh”. Please refer to that cache before starting this for details on how to find the bonus cache. This series was originally set up for the 2007 C.I.T.O. day, so in the spirit of this, please try and keep the preserve clean by removing any trash you see if possible. Thank you!
Walk northward up the EASTERN side of the preserve from Part 3. DO NOT try and access this cache from the trail on the WEST side of the preserve, it is (as described in some logs) a sea of thorns! Opposite Boston, Massachusetts, Commonwealth, and some other Avenues, look for remains of sidewalks extending into the preserve. A developer paved them in the 1920’s with the intention of selling lots for homes. Houses were never built here although a water system for fire suppression, including fire hydrants was installed.
You will be standing on one of those sidewalks as you ponder where this cache is and then how to get it. A REAL KEEN eye may spot it, but I doubt it. Please be careful removing it and putting it back, if you drop it in you'll be sorry.
