This cache is a medium size Tupperware container. About 6 inches wide, 4 inches tall, and 4 inches deep. It is hidden on a trail just off the playground area of this park. The walk from the parking area to the cache is less than 100 yards. The trail is flat and hard packed dirt. The cache should be seen from the side of the path, but, may need a little maneuvering to take it out.
Obear Park is the third Beverly, MA park that I have hidden a cache in. It is located on the Danvers River just across from the Kernwood Country Club in Salem. It has a baseball field, tennis court, basketball court, new playground, older swing set, and picnic tables. My 2 year old loves the playground. It is tucked away in this neighborhood. I’ve added the coordinates for the parking area as an additional waypoint. N 42 32.769 W 070 54.028
