Located on public land just off of a blacktop road. Cache may be found by using easily recognizable trails. Is not visible from road/parking area yet a short, easy walk along numerous trails.
It seems many have not been enthused by the location of the cache. I assure you the dead dog was not there when we placed it. However, much litter (some major pieces)does unfortunately take the foreground. I thought about changing the location but later felt that the problem surrounding the area should have every one's attention. I also have considered how great it would be to do a big trash out event. Thoughts on this are warmly welcomed. Log your success and either marvel at, or take the contents. Bring your own pen (BYOP)(not the same as "BBOP")but you can BBOP to the cache as I did. I placed this cache after being challenged by one we found last week, very clever, we tried our own version, subtle, yet not easy. We offer no hints as to the experienced GEO Cacher, this may already be cake! After some feedback, we can offer hints if necessary. Cache is 35mm film canister, black with gray lid. "Lava Rock" is present in area, you will have to go to work then, and locate the nearby well camouflaged actual micro cache.
