You can begin in Deadwood, SD at Burnham Ave. and Main in the big city parking lot. Use the Mickelson Trail.
Bring your lunch, nice picnic area close by cache. Poker Alice was one of the many colorful characters of Deadwood's past. I wanted to place a chache near where I grew up and to peak interest in Deadwood's history. This area is great for a family outing.
This is a one-pound plastic coffee can. Contents include miniature deck of poker cards, rabbits foot, elk pin, leather hair tie, poodle key chain, miniature dice, and log book, pen and pencil.
