Access for this cache is on the way to Bear Valley from Arnold, off the left hand side of the road just past Cabbage Patch Maintenance Station. Start by following the logging road.
Mosquito repellent is strongly recommended and cache will be very difficult to access when there's snow in this area; we would probably recommend NOT attempting this one when the area is slippery or icy.
This cache is in memory of Sierra, the original rock hopper. Our current dog, Cinnamon, seems to follow in her footsteps.
Our son placed this cache with the intent of making it difficult. Please let him know if he succeeded.
