Visiting family over the weekend and they wanted to place a cache. Placed this cache on a very windy day hence this cache's name. There are two access road to this cache from downtown one at the east end of town and one at the west. You won't need to go in to anyone's yard for this cache. This is an easy to get to cache and is located east of the american flag on the north side of the road. Please look for this cache during during daylight hours and be respectful of the property and property owners in the area.
