Geocache Description:

Bison tube....don't even bother with the lamp skirt.

Location has been closed for some time and is used by semi-truck drivers as a rest spot and a place to leave their trailer. No hints or clues. Tricky? Nope. Masala? Nope, but both of those will fit for the Caching Place quest.
