Geocache Description:

Parking is located at:
N 45.37.030 W 123.09.819

You'll be parking at the end of a gravel road, but you won't need to drive on one.

Please be very cautious of the roadway as traffic moves quickly through here and can sneak up on you. For this reason, we don't recommend bringing children or pets and have rated it a 1.5 star terrain even though the walk from your car is short and smooth.

Cache is small with no trading items, however, is an excellent location for trading or discovering geocoins. You'll find a pencil and logbook inside.

Bring your camera and binoculars as you'll find this cache looking upon Metro owned Killin Wetlands a.k.a. Cedar Canyon Marsh.

The area is for roadside viewing only.

This is a birds (and bird watchers) haven! Roughly 373 acres, this year round site attracts many different bird species seasonally. Here you can find and hear: Blue Heron, Sora, Virginia Rail, American Bittern, Common Teal and Wood Ducks, a variety of Woodpeckers, Northern Flicker, the Marsh Wren and many others.

CONGRATULATIONS to snowmann for being FTF!!!

HAPPY CACHING!
