lelle1987: Den här cachen har varit trasslig redan från början, och jag känner inte att det går att hitta något ställe att gömma lådan på som jag är riktigt nöjd med. Så det får bli arkivering, tyvärr.

This cache has caused trouble a number of times since I hid it, and I feel there's no place in the area to hide the cache that I'd be really satisfied with. Unfortunately that means I'll archive this one.

Denna cache ligger i närheten av Carl Eldhs ateljé, som numera fungerar som museum (för närvarande stängt pga byggandet av Norra länken).

Carl Eldh levde mellan 1873 och 1954, och är en av Sveriges genom tiderna främsta skulptörer. Han står bland annat bakom Branting-monumentet på Norra Bantorget, Strindberg-monumentet i Tegnérlunden och skulpturerna i Stockholms Stadshus trädgård.

Ateljén i Bellevueparken är ritad av arkitekten Ragnar Östberg och byggdes 1918. Eldh bodde och verkade i denna ateljé fram till sin död, och den blev cirka 10 år efter hans död till museum.

This cache is placed pretty close to Carl Eldh's studio, that nowadays is used as a museum (closed at the moment, due to the construction of Norra länken).

Carl Eldh (1873-1954) is one of the greatest Swedish sculptors of all times. Among his more notable works are Branting-monumentet at Norra Bantorget, Strindberg-monumentet in Tegnérlunden and the sculptures in the garden of Stockholm City Hall.

The studio in Bellevueparken is designed by the architect Ragnar Östberg and was built in 1918. Eldh lived and worked here until his death, and the studio became a museum about ten years after his death.
