This two part is located in Seminole Valley Park with the usual river bottom hazards. Like mosquitos, poison ivy, hazardous walking, flooding, etc. The park is closed 10:00 p.m. till 6:00 a.m. and if the entrance gate is open you can drive to within 300 feet of the first stage. Two other caches in this park which you may want to consider are Rhonda's Texas Roadhouse (gczyhm) and Yo-Da-Lin in the Valley (gcd273).
