Although I have full permission to place the cache in this location please take into account that this cache is in private-ish property. Please note that the cache is NOT available from 10pm-6am.

Please do not disturb the muggles that may be in the area. Discretion may be needed as it will be difficult (impossible) to discreetly remove this cache if muggles are present.
