This is an
ENORMOUS
cache.
You will probably approach
the cache along Bagshaw Road. But locals will still remember it by
it's unofficial name "Dump
Road"
A trip to the dump used to be a social
occasion. A chance to exchange both gossip and unwanted goods. It
was not unusual to leave the dump with more than you
brought!
Times change and the dump has
been closed almost 20 years, but the scar is still there on the
landscape and it's former purpose is not
forgotten.
In the spirit of the dump,
bring along your unwanted goods and swap them for something you
need, but no tiny plastic toys, they won't be found again in the
bottom of a 60 litre container.
This cache is not available on days of Total
Fire Ban in the Adelaide Hills.
