Start at Horsethief Canyon Staging Area. Container placed near trailside amongst immediate edge of boulders. Strenuous hike from staging area on decent trail for the most part. Expect some tiring ascents and descents.
So here’s the real deal about old-age health problems, each and every problem is actually a blessing. Think about it, with increased life expectancy we get to hang around long enough to wear out our bodies and minds and encounter the problems of aging. Otherwise you would be dead and buried before you get to wear yourself out.
So get on down the trail and ignore the pain and sorrow, life is good. While you track down this hide your job is to get over the fact that you are now or soon might be as blind as a bat and hard of hearing too.
Get over it, there’s little you can do about it and, after all, you should be glad to live long enough to have such problems. Ain’t that a blessing?
