Series- - NEW NAME-SAME GAME--#2
It’s a Hereford that resides at a nearby location that it has called home for some 50+ years.
The Original Name was the “Hereford House”, a well known and frequented establishment that was owned and operated by a local Ranching and Farming Family by the name of Alvernez. After many years, the establishment closed and the neighborhood lost a longtime popular landmark.
The property re-opened after a re-model and continues to be popular and serve the community.
Notice the remaining item above the entrance that has been retained from the original establishment and also serves to identify the contemporary version fittingly named the ‘Riverside Club House’, marking reference to the historic Riverside District where it resides.
