Pioneer Days is a cache located just outside the oldest cemetery in Lassen County.
I have been roaming the countryside in Lassen County for over 25 years, and this location just came to my attention about a month ago, and it seemed a "natural" location for a cache!
The cache is located right off highway 395, and is fairly easy to access. The best way to get to the cache is from the west entrance to the cemetery. There is an old fence you will have to step over to get to the cache. Please take time to read the informational sign at the cemetery entrance, and, of course, show respect for the grave markers.
Ah, the container was the original "Don't Bug Me" container. It came up missing, then turned up again after I replaced it, so I now had an extra container and a site that needed a cache, so, here 'tis, complete with the salvagable items from its original location!!!
