Logarinn is the ancient name of lake Vänern.
The root of this name, meaning 'wash'
may be traced back to latin 'lavare', (SWE: löga (sig)).
The current name Vänern is somewhat obscure, but may be related
to
names and people mentioned in Heimskringla, a collection of Iron
Age kings' sagas
recorded in Iceland around 1225 by Snorri Sturluson.
Also, the Sanskrit name for 'water' happens to be 'vána-'.
The Vänersnäs peninsula has been populated ever
since the Stone Age, when hunters and fishermen pushed north along
the waterways.
The cache is of the round, 0.8 litre transparent
type and hidden close to the spoiler pic. Unless you arrive in a
boat, you'll have to wade a bit to reach it, not above knee depth
though.
I would bet my bottom dollar that this location is void of
mugglers.
