Thats right, this is a mail box and will act as a post office for any geocacher. The idea is that it will start with a few post cards that are individually marked and set to be sent to other cachers. Once those cachers receive them, they will make a new cache and place a few postcards in it which are to be sent to other cachers.
This idea came to me on a trip to Canada. Up there, they use certain geocaches called "Geo Post Offices" to send letters across the country to fellow geocachers. It works similar to a TB with a goal, but the goal is a person, not a place. So if you think you can help please pick one of the cards up and help it on its way.
The goal is to get as many of these set up and as many cachers involved as possible. If you would like your own post card to be sent and help by placing a cache please let me know.
Please visit (visit link) to track the post cards and the project.
The cache is straight forward and should not be difficult at all to find. Marked as 1.5 terrain because it is not wheel chair accessible. Follow Bowie Rd West toward the Radio Tower on top of the hill.
