No Pepper Tree - Redux Traditional Cache

An easy small cache in a highly accessible place. Muggles around the corner, but noone should bother you much. You might want to be careful for some resident arachnids though.
This cache is placed to memorialize the tdjvolks cache, "No Pepper Tree" (GCHYK3). It was one of my family's first finds and is just too nice of a convenient stop for Interstate travelers.
The name reflects the fact that most of tdjvolks's caches are in an area with a lot of Schinus terebinthifolius trees. For those of you who are allergic, this poses a problem. So here is a cache just for you with no Pepper trees in sight.
You're looking for a 2.75" diameter translucent plastic container, but that won't help much because you won't see it until you've found it. It will hold GeoCoins and other SMALL trade items.
For you FTF hounds (finder's in the first day or two), please log the TIME that you found it (either on the log sheet, here, or both). How many times have you jumped in the car right after a cache is released only to wonder just how much you missed the FTF by? You need wonder no more if we all start logging times for the first 3 or 4 logs on new caches! Let's start a new practice with this one!
FTF prize isn't much as this is way too easy of a cache to justify more. Just a GAW (GeoCacher at Work) tag NOT inside the container!
The hint is a total spoiler, so don't translate it unless you really need to. It's short enough to translate in the field, so resist the urge to click or you'll spoil your fun!
