Located on the "Blue Trail" in D'Arbonne State Park.
This park is a majestic place to visit featuring 655 acres of piney forests, rolling hills, five fishing piers, and beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The park offers first class accommodations with lakeside cabins and camping areas. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, swiming,tennis and more. The park is open to the public from 6AM to 9PM weekdays, and from 6AM to 10PM Friday and Saturday. Visitor admission is $1.00 per person.
A word of thanks goes to the manager of D'Arbonne State Park for allowing caches to be placed within the park.
This cache is for young and old. It's close to parking, it's an easy trail, and it's not a far walk. I wanted to have one cache in the park that was super easy.
The cache is a lock and lock box filled full of good stuff!
