Rain or Shine!
Geocaching Colorado represents the interests of geocachers
statewide. We're always looking for new and unique locations to
hold gatherings, and Estes Park has much to offer visitors.
The event will be held at the historic Fall River
Hydroplant.
F.O. Stanley broke ground here in 1908 and gave Estes Park
Electricity for the first time. There is a large covered shelter
for us to gather in, with 12 tables available, and restrooms just
60 feet away.
There are plenty of caches to find before and after the event.
There will likey be others to team up with and tour the town .
We will be raffling off a few items. As with all of our events
the tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Included in the raffle items
are: one filled cache container, 1 2006 Colorado coin, a GJTB
replica, and other items TBD.
Thank you to Red Ruby and Geocachew Nuts for expressing interest
in holding an event in Estes Park.
