The first hidden cache for a Girl Scout Junior Troop in our area. Located in a local park.
Cache is a rubbermaid container located in a nice area for easy hiking. Watch for muggles in the area.
Our time with the Cub Scouts went so well, a local Girl Scout leader asked if we could do the same for them. The evening I hid this cache I gave a presentation to the troop on technology, GPS, and how it works. We did a lesson to help the Girls learn a little about GPS and orienteering.
Initial cache contents were: plastic sherrif stars, super balls, log book, pencils, and a pen or two.
Parking for the park is nearby.
