The first stage has been redone... there is a little piece of Flagging tape very close by...We ( Toby and Me, Coast2Coast2Coast & Rugrat and Stewie) placed this cache to honour one of the founding members of the Mid Island Geocachers...
Go Play Outside
They are leaving for a while but promise to be back. I can see all of us with GPS mounts on our walkers and looking for caches in the valley.
This cache is rated a 4 for the last 150 or so meters.
The cache is about 3.5 Km one way. There is no bushwhacking required to get the cache as it is on logging roads and trails. The last part is a bit of a scramble on a steep rocky trail. You can see Powell River from the cache site!
When you get close to the coords look for some trail tape and you are very close. (check out the pictures)
If you take your little ones or puppies with you be careful when you get near the cache there is a drop-off and a waterfall nearby.
Have Fun and
Hurry Back GPO!
