Geocache Description:

Farmer's Hall at the Cobblestone Society Museum in Orleans County.

You are looking for an ammo can filled mostly with Orleans County related goodies. This is the first of ten planned caches placed around Orleans County by county employees in cooperation with the Orleans County Tourism Department.
The Cobblestone Society Museum consists of seven historic buildings. These include an 1834 church, an 1840 parsonage, and a one-room schoolhouse. These three are made of cobblestone and the other four are frame buildings, which include a blacksmith shop, harness shop, print shop and Farmers Hall. 19th and 20th century farming tools and implements are displayed in the Farmers Hall. There is also an old cemetery and a liberty pole replica nearby.
The cache is not located in or around any of the historic buildings.
