Named after the superb views you'll get of The Heads, this cache is located at the highest point of the Spit to Manly scenic walkway.
The cache is just off the Spit to Manly scenic walkway - you could cheat and park close by, but for extra satisfaction we suggest you hunt out this cache whilst walking the entire route... you won't be disappointed.
If you start the walk at low tide, you'll probably encounter thousands of blue soldier crabs marching across Fisher Bay, further on you'll find Aboriginal middens and rock carvings, and there will always be plenty of native birds flitting overhead.
The full walk is 9km, so take a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water - and in summer be sure to take swimmers for the many opportunities to jump in the harbour for a refreshing dip.
