Geocache Description:

"So Much To Say"

Saturday - July 21st, 2007
11:00 a.m.

Rain Or Shine

This is your chance to put names to faces. The place to meet those people who are as crazy as you are. To gather with geocaching friends and discuss all those interesting caches. To share those crazy stories and laugh about all the stupid things you do for caches. To have a good time at the park and enjoy some good food and drinks.

Bring family, friends, and anyone interested in Geocaching.
Doesn't matter if your a newbie or a long time geocacher.
Everyone is welcome!
This park is great for people of all ages.
Bring travel bugs and geocoins for trading.

This event will take place at Hazle Township Community Park. This park has an extensive playground, pavilions and picnic tables, restroom facility, soccer field complex, a new amphitorium, and lots of hiking trails. There is a map next to the restrooms with a guide map to the trail system. We will be using a pavillion. There are already a few caches at this park, and I will be placing more here, specifically for this event. You can bring anything you want. We can use chips, pretzels, drinks, etc. Please post roughly how many people will be attending with you, and what you are bringing.

I am planning on placing a permanent cache in the park. It will serve as sort of a, commemorative cache. So bring along any trade items you would like to place in the cache. Once the event is over, Either bottlecap or myself will hide the container and post it on the geocaching.com website for all to find.

We are also planning out a raffle which will include different NEPAG items such as T-shirts, stickers, swag items, etc... If you have ANY geocaching items you would like to donate to the raffle, feel free to bring it the day of the event. Money raised will be donated to NEPAG. There will also be a donation jar for the rental of the pavillion.

Challenge: I plan on hiding 10 small caches throughout the entire park. They will all be "Child Friendly". This challenge is not manditory, you may start/finish when ever you so choose. You will not know of their location until the morning of the event. I will not post them on the geocaching.com website. This is so you can't find them before the challenge begins. I will bring the waypoints, coordinates, and description for each, and will have a list of them for everyone. In order to receive one of these lists, you must donate at least one swag item. This item will be placed into a container which will be raffled off later in the day. In each of these caches throughout the park, I will put in 10 tickets. If you find the cache, you will sign the logsheet, and take ONE ticket. You will try to get a total of TEN tickets, one from each cache. The more tickets you get, the more of a chance you have of winning the prize. You will be asked to sign your name on the back of the tickets you retrieve and place them in the raffle ticket container, back at the pavillion. The more caches you find in the least amount of time, the better chance you have of getting another ticket. If you do not wish to participate in this challenge, you may just relax at the pavillion with us, and watch the participants scatter all over the park. Keep in mind, as long as you get ONE ticket, you at least have a ONE PERCENT chance of winning the container, LOL. It's better than nothing... The lists of waypoints will be available at 11:00am. Ten minutes to punch them into the GPSr. The challenge starts at 11:00 and ends at 12:00pm. Any tickets received after 12:00 will not be accepted.

This is my first event hide, so if anyone has anything they think I should add or edit, please let either frenchfrynfrosty or myself know about it. I'd like to make this as fun and enjoyable as possible. I will be bringing a grill for the hot dogs and hamburgers, so feel free to bring anything else, and we'll throw it over the flames for you. Thanks!
