Quick P&G next to walkway near where the trolls play.

This a "re-do" of "Gambling Toad" and is a bit easier to get to. There is no need to park on main street. Park next to the listed coords. Look both ways before retrieving the cache as muggles can come upon you quickly and unexpectedly.
