A traditional cache hidden 5 meters above sea level at the rocky area of the entrance of the natural harbour of Panormitis at the Greek island of Symi of the Dodecanessa.
The cache is a plastic container with a log book, a pen and a geocaching declaration.It also contains some items for trade.
The monastery of the Archangelos Michael is the main reason why so many visitors enter this natural port.
If you are with a one day cruise boat from Rhodes, usually the stop at this port is one hour.You can walk to the south-west from the port to the cache area from the cement path by the sea.At some point you find a gate that its only purpose is to keep the goats outside the cement area.Close the door behind you and keep on walking to the cache.You should find it easily.
Please hide the cache well to keep it existing.
Because this spot is exactly at the entry area of the port, please be careful not to be seen by mugglers while yachts or ferries enter the port.
