Take service road next to APV. This road runs parallel to Hwy 117.
Anyone but us old enough to remember The Lone Ranger? He rode a white horse and had an Indian partner named Tonto. Everytime he took off on his horse he yelled, "Hi Ho Silver". Well, there are no horses at this site, or cowboys, or Indians. When you get to this site if you use your imagination you'll be able to figure out why we named it as we did.
