Patrick Says: Join me on a leisurely stroll
in Pursuit Cache #(13VC8). The land route to these caches involves
a Four Mile Hike, two miles on Asphalt and Two Miles Bushwacking
along game trails.
Be sure to wear sturdy boots. Also you
might want to wear a long sleeved shirt for the thorns. Also you
might want to wear some DEET or DDT for the skeeters and the ticks.
Bring water or cold beer.
Patrick has done some research and believes That this area
was a defensive fortification of the Aboriginal inhabitants of the
area and they named it "Oompah-shek-ya-tah", which according to him
means "Here we defend White Dog's village". Hmmmm.....
We suggest you follow your hearts on this
one.
This is a
serious hike!!
