This little cache will get you out and moving to Henry Clay Park and the former site of the school that was there before Long Branch elementary was created in this neighborhood.
While visiting this quick one, you'll be able to enjoy a great playground, complete with sand! Also, a picnic gazebo and basketball courts are available. And, with Clarendon so close, you can't help but enjoy that area, too!
You will find a little dedication to the Principal of the school that used to be here. We didn't even realize it was here.
You can walk to this one from the Clarendon Metro stop. Traveling south it is about a six block walk. Parking is easily found on side streets. Look for signs that might restrict you.
This is a 0.5L "Official Geocache". Please tuck it back in as you found it. There is space for small trade items, travel bugs and geocoins.
