This cache is located at Lover's Leap Park
THERE IS A GREAT VIEW FROM THIS SPOT. THE ORIGINAL CACHE AT THIS LOCATION RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE FOR BEING NOMINATED AS A FAVORITE CACHE "WITH A VIEW" AT THE FALL 2003 ST. LOUIS AREA GEOCACHERS ASSOCIATION (SLAGA) PICNIC!!!!
This is a very beautiful place, I have often parked here while eating my lunch.
There are 3 small monuments here. One tells the legend of Lover's Leap, another is a memorial to 3 young boys who went exploring in this area many years ago, only to never be heard from again, and the final monument is dedicated to the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
