Welcome to New Hampton! This town has been my home for the last five years and offers some great things for the entire family to enjoy. Mikkleson Park provides an elaborate wooden playground for the children, a swimming pool, picnic shelters, ball fields, and a hiking/biking trail. A small campground adjoins the park. Be sure to stop at the Carnegie Cultural Center which has many interesting displays for the whole family: among them animated miniature circus displays and a working model railroad. New Hampton also hosts the annual Davis Motorcycle Rally in early September.
This cache can be reached from the multi-purpose trail near the Industrial area. Please bring your own pencil.
