Geocache Description:

Years ago nuns from the local convent used to swim at the nearby pool.

The track and steps are now in poor condition (be careful) , but this is Wollongong's earliest sea baths and the earliest formalised sea baths on the Illawarra coast, though younger than Newcastle's Bogey Hole, which is the oldest ocean baths on the NSW coast.

This is a small cache with a pencil included.
make sure to rehide the cache properly so that it looks the same as the rest of the beach.
