Edward's Point
I love to hike, but now that Summer is in full swing, it's often
too hot and dry to hit the mountains. If you live in a place like
Santa Barbara, the alternative is to hit the Beach! I have created
six caches that will take you on a tour of one of my favorite
sections of secret secluded beaches. The easiest way to approach is
from El Capitan state beach, up the coast from Santa Barbara. I
placed this cache first, but it is the fourth if you come From El
Capitan Beach. You will want to check the
tides before going, there are some rocks that get you stuck if
the tides get too high when you are at the other end of the beach.
There are other, shorter ways to get there, including Kayak, but I
will let you figure that out.
