Geocache Description:

This is our first cache and is placed in parkland alongside the Plenty River.

The Plenty River originates on the slopes of Mount Disappointment and is a tributary of the Yarra which it joins at Viewbank, a few km from where this cache is located.

There are a number of parklands associated with the Plenty River and the one the cache is located in is a favourite with children, dog walkers and joggers alike.

The cache itself is located close to the main path, and not too far from a children's playground, so due care will need to be taken in retrieving and replacing the cache to ensure you are not spotted (more so during summer months). In summer also be on the lookout for snakes.

Due to a suspected muggling I have replaced the cache in a new location around 50m from the previous location. It is now to be found on a slope.

The new cache is an un-camouflaged 400ml Sistema container that will be able to fit small swaps and trackables. Please ensure it is well hidden after replacement in its hiding place.
