Valentine Lake area, Gardner, La. Cache is not far off the paved road in a wooded area
Cache was gone. Replaced with a cammo jar. Please replace as you find it.
Cache container is an ammo box. Original contents are "valentine" related items...hearts and more hearts! And a log and pen. The cache is located close to one of our favorite campgrounds, and not far from where MER grew up. Valentine Lake is a small but picturesque lake. No motorboats are allowed and the campground does not have RV hook-ups. This usually means that it is not very crowded and somewhat quieter than many other campgrounds.
