Small Wayside Rest Area
I noticed this area last December when I was on a cache-hiding
trip. Prior to my visit today, I checked and double-checked to be
sure it was available for a cache.
It was, and it gave me a good place to pause, and decide if I
really wanted to begin the Black Monday Tour. As I considered the
previous days' BS, I hid the cache, grabbed the coordinates, and
headed over the border.
I don't regret it at all.
