In einem früheren Leben (ja, das Leben vor Geocaching) wohnte der junge Trollianer in Stuttgart Heslach und fand während dieser Zeit zwei besondere Orte im Wald. Diese sind nun auch mit Dosen versehen, ich wünsche viel Spaß damit. Den anderen der beiden Caches findet Ihr hier: Heslacher Wand (Lost Place).
Parken könnt Ihr bei 48° 45.500 N / 009° 09.408 E (Kelterstr)
Oberhalb von Heslach in Richtung Dornhaldenfriedhof stand einst eine Burg "Im Lörcher Rain". Daher auch der Schul- und Straßenname "(Im) Lerchenrain". Heute sind nur noch wenige Überreste zu sehen. Eine (zugewachsene) Informationstafel findet Ihr bei 48°45.443 N / 9°9.309 E. Gegenüber führt ein Weg zur Burgstätte und zum Cache.

In a former life (yes, the life before geocaching) the young Trollianer used to live in Stuttgart-Heslach. During this time he found two beautiful locations in the surrounding woods. Now they even feature Caches... The other cache can be found here: Heslacher Wand (Lost Place).

Between Heslach and the "Dornhalden"-cemetery there once stood a castle "Im Lörcher Rain". This is the origin of the name of a street and a school "(Im) Lerchenrain". Today only remains of this castle can be found. An (overgrown) sign at 48°45.443 N / 9°9.309 E tells more about the castle (in german). Opposite to the sign there's a small footpath to the cache.
