Geocache Description:

While visiting here from Seattle on a business trip I was staying at the nearby hotel and walked to every cache within a couple mile radius. I was solving puzzles and emailing the owners with my coordinates to confirm I had solved the puzzle correctly before I a took misguided adventure on foot.
One of the caches I solved was, Polar Bears (GC11N4E). I emailed the owner Rivfan and the last cacher that found it Pattytracker to confirm my coordinates. They both almost instantly replied to me and we even arranged a meeting at the cache site. I was intrigued at how nice they were and how this sport has brought three otherwise perfect strangers to meeting and have something in common. After chatting with them for nearly an hour about caching we discussed what annoys us about some caches. Like micro’s in the woods and puzzles that take all day to solve for example.
My thing is walking to the cache and realizing I took the wrong path, road or trail. The cache is only yards away but I can’t get there from where I’m standing. And then having to back track and restart. I placed this cache with that annoyance in mind.
So this cache is a tribute to the cachers we enjoyed meeting and the caches we wish we never met! Happy hunting!

There is an old barbed wire fence at the cache site but if you exercise caution you will not have any trouble.
