Geocache Description:

Wascana Trails offers a variety of trails. It is a classic glacial run-off valley featuring steep side walls and undulating rolls. The easiest path to follow is the double track out of the parking lot to the trails. The only dry way to cross the creek is to use the bridge, which is easily visible from the parking lot.

The Cache is a small plastic drink bottle wrapped in camouflage tape with a log sheet and a few prizes.

Directions: Wascana Trails is located 10 kilometers west of the Condie Nature Refuge off Highway 11. Turn west at Exit A. Signposts indicating "Recreation Area" will keep you on track

What to Bring: There are no services at the Wascana Trails so remember to bring enough food and fluids (you can store these in your car) plus insect repellant during the mosquito season.

There is a large parking lot at the top of a hill for the Wascana Valley Trails,

This is a beautiful area and relatively unused as I have rarely see anyone out here, 3-4 people at most when ever I have gone.

If you have a dog, bring him, he/she will love it. Kids too.
If you like moutain biking, bring a bike too and plan on staying for a while and you won't be disapointed. (don't forget water!)
