  • SNEG EVENT BUTTONS are courtesy of Henry & Elly aka HenryDurand.
They have offered to make personalized copies for each member of teams that have posted their attendance by 7/28; let them know if you will be reaching a Milestone at the event; you may revise your 'will attend' log to list individual names or send that info by email to them through their profile .

The focus of the event is not on finding caches while at the picnic, but rather getting acquainted with others, who share a common interest in the sport. NAMETAGS will be available, if you don't bring your own homemade ones, so that other folks can approach you and strike up a conversation.

Bring your own picnic sandwiches or barbeque meat (at least one charcoal grill will be HOT) If you can bring something to share, please include that in your "WILL ATTEND" log.

Directions for those that want them:
From MassPike, use exit 10A for route 146 South, take Route 16 East to Uxbridge Center, turn left on Route 122 North, in 1-1/2 mile turn right at next traffic light onto Hartford Avenue, then in one mile turn right on Oak Street. Visitor Center is large red barn.

TRAVEL BUGS An exchange table will be available. To facilitate smooth transfer, please consider posting a note in advance to drop the TBs you will be bringing. Please take no more than one for each one you bring. If you have an extra one to drop, that will allow a newcomer to grab one if they can help it along. Please sign them in and out on sheet of paper that we use for answering any questions that arise during the weeks to follow. Log them out on website as soon as you can, but do allow some time if they were not dropped early.
