Stay on Target Traditional Cache
january14: I did do a drive by on this one and was disappointed in the appearance of the pole and skirt. Most people wouldn't notice this, but I've decided to archive this one anyway. Thanks to all who searched for it.

First Cache - This is a Micro that may have a bit of room for a very small trade item.
There are no ticks, no snakes, no poison plants, no thorns at this location. Spiders is a different proposition altogether. BYOP
The Shopping Center is fully open now. Some more restaurants will be added, but the location is easily seen from a nearby fast food place and from the opposite side from the large department store. Difficulty based on Muggle Factor alone, otherwise this is in the usual spot.
Updated the coordinates so a hint is no longer necessary.
