Geocache Description:

!U P D A T E!
THIS EVENT DATE HAVE CHANGED FROM 4 AUGUST 2007 TO 25 AUGUST 2007.

Feeling the winter chills?

Saturday 25 August 2007 ~ 19:00 onwards

Please join us for an informal Soup and Sherry Meet, Greet and Eat evening (Hey, it may sound cheesy, seeing that you can only EAT soup or anything for that matter if you are the OBS type ;-) a chance to catch up on the latest caching news, and to meet and see some of those cachers that you only know by their logs.

There are numerous caches in the area and we will be setting a few new ones you can do along the way and to complete the final cache in the series you will need to apply your general knowledge at some challenging puzzles at the event to get the final coordinates.

Bring along some of those travel bugs and coins that have been in your caching vest to long, and get them passed along. Oh yes, and don't forget to bring your own stash of lovely shiny geocoins for the rest to discover!

The venue for this event may change depending on the amount of people attending, so keep watching this space for updates and information. Will email each one individual on what to bring with.

Look forward to seeing you all there, regulars and hopefully lots of new faces too!

UPDATE 22 AUG 2007

Seems like we will not be too many attending and the event will be at our house with coordinates indicated on the cache page (if there are more, we will just have to squeeze in).

Soup is all organised and for those that do not like soup, potjie will be available. All you have to bring with is yourself and some sherry (or whatever you feel like drinking).
