This cache is located along the Mountain Bay Trail. It is an excellent trail for hiking and biking. This is the first cache placed by Cutie Pi.
This cache is dedicated to the final Harry Potter book, which will be released the 21st of July, 2007. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and thought it would be fitting to place a cache honoring the books. When logging your visit online for the cache, please write one of your favorite parts of any of the books. If you are like Mathman and have been too busy geocaching to read the series, note that in your log, then go read them. I hope all Potter fans and cachers alike enjoy this cache. Have fun!
Original contents include: Red JEEP, 2 Geocoins, Harry Potter website books and Harry Potter trading cards. There are also three coins that I made for the first three teams to find the cache.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Land Manager for this section of the Mountain Bay Trail. The Mountain Bay trail is managed by the Marathon County Parks Dept. and permission was given by Peter Knotek of the Parks department.
Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
