Thank-Q CCCA !!! Since your first cache was found at Governer Dick
we thought it would be the perfect place to place a cache in honor
of you and everything you bring to caching...Placing caches,having
events,taking out of towners on cache run,and always willing to
help out newer cachers. You do so much to bring fun and enjoyment
to our area. We hope you'll enjoy this and know that we appreciate

First you may want to bring your camera for part 1. Its a beautiful view.
This is a 2 part multi cache placed at govenerdick. Parking is available on pinch road up the hill from the enviromental center. It will be a little over 3.25 miles round trip. If you follow the trails in this description they are well maintained!
For the first part you will find a tower at the posted coords. In order to find part 2 you must do a little counting and climbing! your final coordinates will be...
N40 15.XXX W76 26.YYY
To get XXX, you must climb the tower and count ALL the ladder steps in the ENTIRE tower. Do not count concrete landings or the long bars to help you get from landings onto the steps. Just the rungs within each "ladder" . Count EACH step in the tower only once! When you have your total subtract 88 from it to get XXX.
To get YYY, at the top of the tower there are 3 sets of "cage" bars (top,middle,bottom) count the total amount of bars in the bottom set. Count All the bars, ignore the size and shape. When you have the total add 737 to it to get YYY.
In order to check your count you can add the number of ladder steps + number of cage bars + number of "feet" holding the protective cage to the tower. Your total should equal 476.
To get to part 2, go right on the trail when leaving the tower. follow it around till you see a crossing trail marker to the right that says trail 10 (also says rt 117) follow that a short way to trail #12. trail #12 will take you the rest of the way to the cache. The cache is hidden i'd say no more then 50 ft from trail. please make sure to snap all sides of the container closed tight and hide well. It is fairly large lock n lock container. We really enjoyed placing this cache its a beautiful area and we couldn't have dedicated it to a more wonderful family!!!
