Geocache Description:

You are welcome to discover one of the symbols of Sventoji, formerly a small fisherman village, currently turning into a summer resort area for many Lithuanians.

Zuzana Pranaityte created this fabulous sculpture back in 1982 and it attracts many visitors from all over. The sculpture is somewhat 4 meters high and describes three sisters, all daughters of a fisherman waiting for him to return from the sea. It is supposed to be next to the highest dune in the area where the monument stands. The cache is hidden near the sculpture. I am a bit heigth sick. Frankly, it wasn't very easy to hide it. The hiding place started attracting a lot of curious youth reecently so I decided to rehide the cache at the same coords, but with downgraded terrain level.

The small film can is initially loaded with a logbook and some tiny amber stones to remind you about your beautiful stay at the Lithuanian Baltics after you return home.
