Not a difficult find, just a need for stealth due to the location. You are looking for a small container, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
This is another in the series of Brookings locations listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. This building is the fomer Carnegie Public Library. Built in 1902 for the city of Brookings, it has now become the home of the Brookings Community Cultural Center. It's architecture is listed as "Classical Revival". Because this a public place of note, it does tend to be a higher traffic area as well. Please be stealthy and employ decoy behavior if needed.
