Geocache Description:

The area was given to the state. It was established in 1931 and is named for Huey Long. The contents of the cache has items that reflect the purpose of the facility. Fish bait, hooks, fish ID booklets, boating guides & laws, pocket tool, and old spice to get rid of the smell.
