We've never seen anyone use these stairs in all the times we've driven by here. So we decided to place a cache.
You can drive right up to it if you think it will be quick search, but you can also park on the other side of the street if it will make you feel better.
I averaged the coordinates 200 times for this cache but due to the tall trees, your GPS might tell you to go somewhere else. Please use the title, the clue, and your geosense to find this cache.
Note: It's truly a micro...I've upped the difficulty a bit.

Update: Since this is located at the side of a Highway which at times has a lot of traffic, I have added additional hints . It is probably still not easy to find. Good luck.
